Interested in delivering Living Life to the Full?
Submitting an application is your first step.
The Canadian Mental Health Association BC Division (CMHA BC) holds the exclusive licence for Living Life to the Full in Canada. CMHA BC is responsible for the training and certification of Living Life to the Full facilitators, and has the exclusive right to sell the course materials in Canada.
Only certified Living Life to the Full Certified Facilitators are authorized to deliver the course

Join the growing number of CMHA Divisions, Branches/Regions that are delivering this fun, evidence-based mental health promotion course. As a CMHA branch, you benefit from a reduced rate for the facilitator training workshop. Once you have a facilitator trained, your branch will be able to deliver the course in your community. You are required to deliver the course at least twice a year to be eligible for the annual sub-licence renewal.
If you are already a partner in delivering Living Life to the Full and would like to train more facilitators, you can direct them to fill in the online application. Your organization is required to deliver the course at least twice a year to be eligible for the annual sub-licence renewal.

If you are interested in becoming a facilitator and do not belong to an organization that would consider a formal partnership with the Living Life to the Full program, we recommend that you speak to the Executive Director of your local CMHA branch. The branch might be interested in increasing the number of certified Living Life to the Full facilitators and would consider supporting your application.
The Living Life to the Full facilitator training is a 2-day workshop.
